About Me

Thank you for visiting, I'm so glad you're here!  Counseling can be rewarding, and also challenging, which is why I want to support you every step of the way.  I would be delighted to walk alongside you and your family members as a co-explorer on your journey through anxiety, difficult emotions, and your unique life experiences. I seek to help you uncover and utilize valuable inner resources to facilitate a deeper connection with yourself, as together, we strive towards your goals.

I seek to help you explore both strategies for immediate changes using a cognitive-behavioral approach, as well as opportunities to dig deeper, be curious, and explore the roots of the challenging emotions you may be facing, from a psychodynamic lens.  I have found that utilizing both the rational and emotional mind in strategic ways in counseling can be very powerful.  I use the utmost care to ensure that the work we are doing is focused on your personal journey, needs, and goals, with the belief that every individual has their own life-changing strengths, resources, and opportunities for greater self-awareness and growth
